FilteredTube is designed to use account, entitlement, search, playback, and library information only to operate and protect the approved viewing experience.
When customer accounts are enabled, the service may process account identifiers, KolBo Filter prescription status, Video plan status, approved search queries, playback authorization events, saved-library choices, and licensed-download status. Raw outside search results and internal review notes are not intended for customer display.
Information is used to verify access, apply the customer’s policy, return approved results, authorize official embedded or licensed playback, provide eligible licensed downloads, secure the service, and keep required audit records.
FilteredTube may use contracted infrastructure, payment, identity, search-metadata, and media-delivery providers only for operating the service. Account controls and formal privacy requests will be handled through the FilteredTube support channel identified in the customer agreement.
