[Music] i did not even know that um one of the things about running an online school is you get to know people at the heart you literally sometimes don't even know their bare physical details so that's awesome welcome everyone to 21 journeys where we introduce you to students past and present from the rift market school of coaching and transformation so you can get a lot of life wisdom and learning a taste of coaching and let your appetite to join stage for you to just share who you are what your message is what your experience with this school has been what your life uh wisdom is offering you right now okay thank you so much so um you know until about four four years ago i was you know a mother a wife um you know very involved in the community and teaching and i went through a bunch of transitions that kind of like different things that just kind of spiraled my normal life out of control or whatever of control or whatever you know where i kind of had a certain equilibrium a sense of routine um and you know it was a couple of things that happened and in the meantime i was dealing with some chronic issues due to post-treatment lyme disease and i was kind of not fully recognizing or acknowledging how much they were really taking me down until about two and a half years ago when they um it really put me in a state of being debilitated and needing to kind
