oh i forgot i'm supposed to be welcoming everyone hi everyone welcome to davon for a friend how to deepen your relationships and uh we're really excited to be here today's topic is anger and boundaries really fun stuff uh we're gonna start as usual with chana crystal who open up with a prayer and a spiritual thought to connect us all to hashem and thank you for everyone who's saying hi in the chat box i love it okay finally you're up love it okay finally you're up hi everyone so good to be here and um this week actually the past few weeks hashem has really brought me to a place of really investing and mulling over the idea of surrender and i've been really like working through this idea in my relationships and in my relationship with hashem as well and i'm so grateful that hashem opened up this so grateful that hashem opened up this door for me because i feel like it's allowing me to daven to pray from a different place and i'll tell you what surrender means to me surrender means that i can surrender to a particular outcome that i'm holding on to or that i'm expecting because and this is in my relationship with hashem but in my relationship with people it speaks because i choose to trust because i choose to trust that hashem or the other person has my best interest in mind so with hashem i could surrender i i'm i'm entering into this new place of surrender where i'm able where i'm learning to surrender to the outcome that i'm so so strongly holding on to and trusting that hashem wants what's best for me has the ability to do what's best for me as and is invested in my highest good
